The people at Novalaser is so nice honestly. The store manager Brenda basically sat me down and used google translate with me for 1.5 hours to communicate, making sure what service I need or don’t need, and how many sessions are doable while I’m in Mexico City. Honestly they aren’t trying to take as much money from the customers as possible, but rather, educating me on the process. My technician Paula really took care of me by asking in detail what’s my pain level, and did the work so thoroughly. Thanks and will see how are the results~

I was nervous to come and try laser, especially for my bikini area, but the staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I had previously tried electrolysis, but it was way too painful for that region. It's clean and they get you in and out quickly, all while answering any questions you might have. I haven't tried any other treatments, but can say laser was not painful for me at this location. The only thing I really didn't appreciate is that they asked me to come back in one month for my next treatment. This is way too soon, and I didn't even have enough hair yet but they scheduled an appointment for me anyway without my confirmation. Doctors recommend returning for your next session after 2.5-3 months. Not every month! If you understand this, everything else is good.

I also did my sessions on the armpits and bikini area, I still get them, I finished the sessions, but the hair is still less, but it's still there.

Bad experience. Book several laser hair removal sessions and in the middle of the treatment the center closes "for renovations and to continue improving", without notifying patients who have active treatment and BOOKED appointments to continue treatment. It is a shame that they handle themselves like this with so little seriousness and without taking into account the patients who hire their services. Bad experience. I think this situation is very serious and I am not going to sit idly by and wait for them to reopen.
